Michael Dunn
Mike has created several real estate investment and development companies and acquired or built close to one million square feet of real estate under the blanket company Dunn Associates.
He is a successful entrepreneur with a proven ability to visualize and develop business opportunities. He is also a shareholder in numerous startup companies in several industries.
Mike earned a BS from Cornell University in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. When not enjoying the mountains in New Hampshire, Mike and his wife and children live in Waterford, CT.

The real estate business is about people and relationships. Integrity is at the core of Mike's business and personal philosophy.
Creativity
Mike recently designed and built an off the grid cabin in New Hampshire. His values of creativity, beauty and attention to detail are obvious there as in his other projects.
Community involvement
Mike believes in giving back to his community and has mentored many individuals, from troubled teens to business startups at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute.
Among Mike's most important philanthropic interests is Dances with Wood, a charity that is a Creative Arts Program that empowers and inspires children who are hospitalized with cancer and other serious illnesses.
Mike co-founded a nonprofit organization called the "Friends of the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve" in 2000. He has been a driving force in creating the 450 acre Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in East Lyme, CT with public/private partnership. Mike is Director Emeritus on the board today.
